Nav is Kazuhiko Nagai (長井和彦)

For proof, here's a section from a recent soundtrack release page for Rad Mobile (another game done by Nakai)

Second, unless there's a credit set I don't know about, Nagai shouldn't be credited for the SMS version [of Altered Beast]. He certainly did the Mega Drive version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQvCbM_bolE#t=10m43s), but nothing I know of says so for the other one. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tv0_qMA4Cj8#t=13m35s)

Finally, Nagai (or rather, Nav) should be the same person as Navy (from SMS Alien Syndrome). Think about it this way: why would Nagai be credited as Nav when there's no "v" in his name? Why that instead of Nag? Also, his alias is also written as Nav. Surely this implies an abbreviation.

I have received verification from Kazuhiko Nagai that he did in fact work on the SMS version of Altered Beast.

Page updated, but the VGM pack needs to be updated.
