It's simular in format to spam I've had on my board in the past.
Checklist: - daryy registered and posted on the same day - only ever made a single post to a thread that was 5 months old - parroted text from the last person to post in this thread - very odd grammar.. yes we get a lot of non-english speaking visitors.. but even they aren't that bad. break the text down as follows and its clear its copied: 'as far as [my/your] Japanese skill goes' I'll bet there are other clues in the user profile. I've even been getting bots register past the recapha page... apparently these days they register with a human then let the spambot get to work. |

| Split from the original thread, moved to this forum and user nuked back to a guest. While he's not doing anything much yet, daryy does seem to fall into forum honeypots a lot. We get a large number of these weird signups, but not a huge amount of posting, which is nice. My guess is that it's human testing for inclusion in spamlists; worst case, we get marked as "reCAPTCHA required, can't post links as anon" and that's the end of it. | |
