Simple program for writing header into ROM files

I've written a simple program for handling the header. For now it just inserts a 8K, 16K or 32K checksum into a header (at arbitrary locations). Since others might find it useful, here it is.

P.S.: I wrote this for making Io work better on BIOS hardware platforms. For now I used it to insert a 8K checksum at 0x1ff0. Io now works on the SMS II emulation in MAME.

Wla-DX already has a feature to do that automatically.
We tried to avoid making such programs too widely/easily available because of the existence of people that are fond of making and selling cheap repros (inundating ebay). Being too too lazy to figure things out not having a trivial tool available fends some of them out of the equation.
