This relatively old Sega page has lots of interview with credits info:

It would be nice to incorporate them.

Today I added e.g. info for Mutsuhiro Fujii (藤井睦弘)

Which is the full name of Mu-chan credited as Berial Mut 743 in Space Harrier and Warlock Mut 241 in Fantasy Zone etc.

If someone is interested in studying the others, it would be useful.
