(It's an original)

Description: New guy here, and this is my first tune, and an original, written for this platform. Some interesting limitations with the chip that I've come to enjoy, and I hope I've used it to good effect. If you want a theme, I guess I was writing in the mindset of walking down the wharf, or strolling in some light rain. However, being a shuffle, it's more like you're skipping down the way and people are looking at you like a maniac. I'm really hoping the quality of this track survived after some obsessive rewriting. Thanks for listening!

IMHO, the noise channel is a bit too loud, i understand the importance of keep the beat going, but it can get distracting (i've made the same mistake in the past). I like your use of delay and vibrato. The composition is nice and would fit an Alex Kidd game like a glove (especially an underwater or petitcopter level). Good work!

Very well done! I really liked the creativity in this one. As tibone said, I think toning down the noise channel would benefit the piece too.

Hey guys, I appreciate the comments. I can definitely agree with both of you on the noise channel, and I did so. Now, knowing my luck and tendency to overlook things, the lack of explosively loud noise drums probably exposed some hidden horrible sound :)

If I understand the rules correctly, here's the less loud edition.

Very well done! The tune has a nice Giana Sisters-like freshness to it! :)
