[VGM Pack] R.C. Grand Prix (GG)

Releasing this since I discovered a new track. The SMS/GG seem to be identical. I will probably join these two together in the future.
Current version is GG. SGC is based on sms version.
I discovered the new track when i returned to work on an sgc I had working partially some weeks ago. Rather than loading ids, the game seems to load values into c and e and then call 8003. It also does this for some sfx on the racetrack, but not most of them. The SGC has one bgm per file. It will be integrated at some future time.
VGM at 1.00/NA (likely to be integrated with existing sms pack)
SGC is sms only, rom not compared to GG, but likely the same.
SGC at 0.90 (BGM to be combined, plus sfx)
update: SGC seems to be based either on a misnamed GG version, or an alternative sms version. The sound bank of the rom seems to be identical accross all versions, so the music should be integrated.
