Dump Releases

Hey, I'm a new member. I went to the Dump Releases section of this website but I can't figure out how to download those ROMs.

The page says:

Otherwise please refer to third-party maintained mirrors from the Links section.
In general, all recent releases are attached to the news forum posts anyway, and all members can download them. We are not being a general ROM download site.

I registered months ago. I'm unable to click on the "winzip icon" to download the ROMs from "smspower/Dumps/Releases"
How do I become a "special member"? I'm confused.

As Maxim say you can find the roms from the corresponding News post in the comment section. We are trying to avoid becoming too much of an easy download site in general to avoid the attention.
