Thought I'd share these with you from my own Pro Mega Master.

Master System Cartridge adaptor for Mega Drive (works the same way as the Master System Converter).

Hmmm... Datel electronics, it isn't the one that invented the PGen, the PS2 Mega Drive emulator?
That board looks so hand made, like Maxim already said...
There's also a Brazilian Dynacom adaptor, for the "Mega Drive" clone they released.
