This thread isn't going to be big, but since this is taking off, I'll look at some old e-mails and will try to provide information if possible.

Back in 1999 I talked by a guy named Matthew C. Gaston.

The company was Unexpected Development. The one game I did that actually
got published was Sport Illustrated Championship Football & Baseball, in 1995. I also did a pinball game that was pretty fun, but it got canned at the last minute.

I remember JUNGLE STRIKE for GAME GEAR was devoloped by Unexpected Devolopment, but I sold the game a long time ago, so I can't confirm it.

Contacted the guy for more information:

The unpublished game was Getaway Pinball (for Game Gear.... There was also a Game Boy version). If you can get your hands on a burn of it that would be awesome! The game was basically ready to go, maybe a few rare bugs if any.

David Brickhill (former Unexpected Development programmer) told me that the unreleased Game Gear port of Beethoven was also developed by them.
