Development Documentation Wiki open

After a lot of reading up on security, customisation and hacking of code often hard-coded to assume black-on-white text, the Development Documentation Wiki is open. There's not much content yet, but I added some sections and suggested pages. I'll see about filling in some content from the docs when I have time.

Top stuff! I added some information on Z80 registers, taken from http://www.hszk.bme.hu/~pg429/z80guide/.

Great stuff coming in :)
I added some extra functionality: add "(:toc:)" to insert a table of contents into any page (more info, example). I also styled up preformatted text to look a bit nicer. |

Registers formatting guide

Alright, I did my minor contribution today.
I wasn't sure how to format the memory map/register display and bit content. In the future we may want to have a standard for that. |
