How to support VGZ files

Either:
1. Use ZLib's GZIO code - its gzXXXX file operations work the same as regular ones (open, read, etc) and also have a "transparent" mode so the same code works on VGMs and VGZs
or
2. Tell people to decompress the VGZs themselves - change the extension to .vgm.gz and most archivers (WinZip, WinRAR) will decompress them.

Very nice for a first release :-D
Although it seems to have some problems with certain sections, suchs as the castle music in Alex Kidd, and a bit of the title music.. other than that, it's a fine program :-D

I like the way VGM2MID maps the noise(?) channel into the drums as an open hihat.. very nice :)
