Big Accomplishment!!!

To the gurus out there, this may make you laugh or smile but I gotta tell the whole world...

I CAN CONTROL THE PALLETE UNDER DOS!!!

This right here has made a huge step in helping me write emulators. Before I was going to resort
to using the BIOS 256 color scheme and hoping that it would come out right. Now, I can go
directly into the hardware and adjust the pre-set settings to my liking. This means:

I can produce color fades (Nice in GUIs)
I can produce gradient effects (Nice in GUIs)
    More accurate colors (For emulation)

and much, much more. This is my first day learning and I've already created the infamous
TV simulation effect. The awsome technique that Zoop uses in Meka and Riccardo Bittencourt
uses in his emulators. The thing that makes me so proud is that I can do this kind of stuff
in any language (As long as it supports assembler). If someone out there just happens to
want to learn how to adjust the pallete under dos, I will be more than happy to help.

Now, if I could just get sprites to work...

Chris :o)
