Hacking and translating Tensai Bakabon

So, is anyone interested in working on Tensai Bakabon as a start ?
This game do not contains a lot of text, so hopefully it doesn't even use a weird compression system.

I also checked the ROM with Massacre. Everything seems to be raw encoded.
The number of bit per pixel depends. The font and some graphics are in 1 bpp and the sprites seems to be in 3 and 4 bpp.
