Change battery for Naki Turbo Twins

Hello all,
my name is Claudio, I live in Germany and I like simply to play with my Game Gear.
I got a pair of Naki Turbo Twins (the second version with the Grip) and would like to change the internal battery because they do not stand long anymore when charging.
Which kind of battery shall I use?
