Kelloggs SEGA Super Hero

Found this again while cleaning my box of SEGA Merchandise.
These things were 'sold' by Kelloggs, probably in 1994, maybe 1995. You had to mail away some cut out barcodes of the packages and pay a small amount of money and this would be send to you. I opened it up and the batteries (2x G13-A) had corroded badly (no surprises there). Cleaned it up a little. I sadly lost one of the small red pegs many years ago (I suppose with a 3D printer could replicate them?) They made different sounds when you pushed the buttons. Wouldn't mind giving it a new home, preferable someone would could fix it (with access to a 3D printer). |

Heh this is pretty cool. I have access to 3D printers and also cleaning materials to get rid of the leaking battery acid. But I'm not /dying/ to have this, so if somebody fancies it more, I'd prioritize somebody else. It is a cool trinket though (I used to collect the Sonic Happy Meal toys)
I'm surprised something Master System related would be advertised as late as 1995. Was this in Europe? |

Yeah, it's just a bit of fun. Yes, this was in Europe. Probably 1994...

It's news to me that Kelloggs sells cereal in Europe.
But then I guess it shouldn't be a huge surprise since many food products do go global. And if there is something that can be internationally appreciated, it is sugared grains. |

They definitely sold cereals in Spain at early eighties, and I would say they've been sold since the seventies. Actually, the factory was at one hour by car from my parent's home. |

I remember their advertisement on TV in the '80s too, here in Italy. Here's an example. |

Kellogg's have been selling in the UK since 1922, according to their website.
