Hi,
after ten years of search, without concrete hopes or certainties, I recently found here in Italy a copy of the italian version of Jungle Book "Il Libro della Giungla"

After I saw few years ago a rare italian variant of Sega Master System Jungle Book ( here on smspower - http://www.smspower.org/forums/10275-IlLibroDellaGiungla#46973 ), I did realize that an italian variant for Game Gear could be also marketed at that time, like it happened with Game Gear game Lion King "Il Re Leone"

Five years ago, I also bought the Italian version of Lion King for Game Gear "Il Re Leone" (I saw this game rarely on sale, not more than four times in Italy), but I was pretty much convinced that it had never been realized the Italian variant of Jungle Book.

This was the situation until last week.

Completely unexpected, on late evening of 1 September, i found this variant on ebay in a buy it now auction: https://www.ebay.it/itm/Lotto-3-giochi-sega-game-gear/292707164739

I did not believe it when I saw on the cover "Il Libro della Giungla"
I rubbed my eyes and I bought this lot immediately

I will post some photos of this rare gem after it will arrives safe in my hands
(no scans due to the increasing repro market)

When you receive it could you confirm the product number on the side of the box?

(Do you know if there's a German version? I forgot and I don't have images around)

yes I will add the correct product number of this game in the Releases section (http://www.smspower.org/Games/JungleBook-GG).
I remember seeing long ago a copy of the game for Game Gear Das Dschungelbuch, the German version of The Jungle Book.
