Hello, is possible to play mega drive games into a Game Gear with a flash card or emulator or adaptor/converter? Thanks!

No. The Mega Drive's hardware is much more advanced than the Game Gear's.

or at least if you want to disassemble (68k), analyse, downgrade, convert the code and assemble back (z80) - it might be a very painful and demanding experience, having a huge risk of being totally unsuccessful and really waste a lot of time, but you can very probably learn a lot in the whole process, perhaps collecting an experience baggage for starting even more potentially surprising ideas... - well, good luck.... :D

To sum up that last post, writing your own GG port.
The Mega Drive hardware (in its native mode and not the SMS compatibility mode) is a completely different system.
(MD is as compatible to SMS/GG as it is to SNES: not at all, and the only reason adapters exist now for the later is because those are actually a modern clone console stuffed inside a cart and using the host system only a power supply and controller input.)
