Ummm....

As the Game i am crafting has some adult content (nothing serious i advice :) only some scenes with some dialogs and events which make you understand the history in a different way if you are adult... Was thinking about an advertisement at the beggining of the Game.

Some thoughs or legal knowledge?

As homebrew development for old consoles it's quite in a grey legal area, I don't think there's any compulsory law about that.

But, if you want to implement something, you can done it on the PEGI way:

if you're concerned then - yes, please put a note in the beginning and in the package containing the ROM file too.

I will do. Dont want the hidden club be a headache for me!!!!
