Looking to complete my Sms Collection (US)

I recently ran into a "gold mine" of sms stuff at a local retro game store, My list of needed US games is getting smaller by the month, and I'm happy to say most of them are not from Ebay. Sure makes collecting this stuff alot of fun, Nothing like walking into a store and feeling your heart skip a beat when you see 20 games on a shelf that you dont have. Of the games listed below, I'm looking for at least box and cart, manual is nice but not neccasary
