Well, for now I'm just trying to publish everything in the new format and worry about fixing errors later. Feel free to do the same.

Here's the current state of the VGM pack adding process:

1. All pending packs are here: http://www.smspower.org/Music/PendingPacks
2. All packs should be published unless they're really bad.
3. All packs must be updated to the current standards:
- numbered filenames
- include a square cover image
- zip and vgm7z
4. Add to the site and wait for comments to come in if there's anything that can be improved
- It is not mandatory to create a forum topic for every pack.
- However, you should search the forums for existing topics to link the pack to.
5. Attached packs should be removed from the forums / the Pending Packs wiki page, and a link added to the pack page.
- PM me if it's not your original post to edit, and I will do the edit for you.

Here's another small tool - it changes header values. It isn't finished but usable. Source is included.

Also I want to ask if I should upload vgm_stat to the vgm tools page. It reads all files of a folder or playlist and shows title, length and loop. The displayed data can be directly copied-and-pasted into a pack's txt-file.
Should I make a link to this tool at the Additional files page?

Does vgm_stat round times to the nearest second, instead of rounding down?

By all means add a link. You might want to add some more description to the VGMCommandlineTools page.

vgm_stat rounds the times correctly.

I added it to the VGM Tools page and made a remark at the Additional Files page.

Before repacking more old logs, I'll upload Sonic do 8's last uploaded packages. They are the same as the packages in the unapproved packs, but now have a forum post and should be uploaded first.

Some are Korean clones. Other are FM logs of games that don't support it officially (ex. Rambo 3). We'll upload them to the same VGM section?

Certainly, anything in that VGM section is ripped from a "real" game (not homebrew).
