Can a FM version be possible or it will run out of Memory on the Cart
Can it exceed 1024KB on the Cart?

It's a dumb question. Anything is possible, size limits don't exist and FM doesn't take more space anyway. Your topic title is bad too.

There are no dumb questions but please make subject lines clearer.
There are no hard limit for what cartridges can be. However if you are going to try burning the game on a EPROM/cartridge you'd need a mapper than support the size you want.
Someone would have to inspect SF2 to know fhe game has enough room to easily add FM music or replace the PSG music with FM music on the spot.

It is possible to conversion games to FM
I think it would be possible rise 1mb rom
BUT you need a lot of programming and develop a new cartmod with this feature ;)
In my opinion Street Fighter 2 is an incompleted game made at 40%
Better options in master system can be Masters of Combat, Jang Pung 3, and Fatal Fury GG2SMS
