This game is the unofficial port of the Amstrad game to the Sega Master System.
I built it for the SMS Power! devkitSMS Coding Competition 2016.
Final ROM is 32kb, with 14kb from the assets.

It's my first try on SMS, while I develop for 15years on Genesis.
I learnt a lot on this one and fixed my bad knowledge on the VDP, thank to sverx and SMSPower members.

Please note that I was unable to fix, for now, the glitch which occurs on some sprites while playing.
Competition deadline is coming, so I'll fix it later, I hope.

KanedaFr has updated the ROM, please, re-download it.

I love this kind of space invader game! And this entry seems very polished to me. Great job! At first, I was like: come on, I'm the king of the world (on level 2). But then, nice and slow, difficulty ramped up, in a very balanced and fair way. I even get to type in my name on the hiscore table! Atmospheric (Atari 2600-like?) sound in-game, and great variations in the invaders.

This was fun. I like the splitting orb thing that appears later, adds to gameplay. Feels polished and complete. Congratulations with getting the raster colors working for the font. Very good.
