Request: Tie "Owned by" to releases instead of one general setting.

If would be great if the "owned by" field could be tied to different releases for a game, as I can own more than one version (JP, EU) etc of a game.

Not doing it because
- We don't really want to encourage people collecting games for the sake of collecting releases.
- We don't have the release information fully added to the site anyway so it is still going to evolve.

It's designed as a way to judge the common-ness of games rather than a way to track your collection, because no two people will agree on what way to distinguish variants and because if you're a collector then there are other sites which will cater to this and be multi platform.
