We're currently having some issues with the site:

- We had an outage on 25-26 Feb due to the DB process being missing
- The forum emailer is broken, so you won't get any emailed notifications of watched topics/PMs, and posting sometimes gives emailer error messages - but your posts do get through.
- GDRI is broken :(
- My email is dead :((

Please bear with us as we try to sort things out.

We are having to do some work to sort this out which will result in some outages in the near-ish future; so expect some weirdness over the next week or two.

Was kind of worried here ;)

There are currently problems with logins outside the forums so browsing the main site always logs you out (and therefore you can't edit anything). As ever, we're working on it.

Maxim, game database is empty, even ALL button doesn't list anything.

I know :) Nothing is lost.

Known issues:

~~Site searching and page lists are broken. This unfortunately means a lot of functionality is missing and a lot of index pages are empty :(~~

~~Visiting the main site logs you out. This means we can't edit any pages either :(~~

~~Anything involving non-ASCII text on the main site is broken - pages, attachments.~~

~~On the forums, the index snippet is breaking for the Japanese section. I suspect it's the same root cause.~~

Our 404 handler is broken.

Attached file listings are sometimes incomplete when there are some files with non-ASCII letters in their filenames.

Is there anything at all normal people can do to help you admins with that? I'm not an expert by any mean, but I have a lot of time on my hands since I don't have a job.

Not right now, I need to debug the PHP code to figure out where it's going wrong. I suspect it might be related to having Japanese characters and the host not being properly set up for i18n.

Well, if there will be a chance to help, you know I'll be up for that. Feel free to contact me privately if it's something too technical or that involves secret passwords.

Fixed the forum index snippet, probably the least important bug :)

Fixed the login issue, we can edit pages again :)

wow, the Wiki pages are fixed now!
