Action 52 Colecovision problem

Whenever I load up Action 52 (for debugging purposes), I get the Colecovision Bios instead of Action 52 booting up. Any help would be appreciated.

Meka doesn't play Mega Drive roms. The only .bin files it supports are Colecovision games

Also, Action 52 sucks.
