Continue game play
Press [U][U][D][D][1] at the game over screen.

Level select
Hold [1]+[2] and power on the Master System. Release the buttons when the title screen appears. Then, press [U]+[L]+[1].
Secret Room
Climb the Buddha in the second round and when you are standing on its head push [U] to enter a secret room.
