Here's a place on the SMS Power! Wiki for people to post cheats. I've added the cheats from Raccoon Lad and rouken's lists, but now everyone can add, verify and edit them.

Adding new cheats
To create a new page, change "HomePage" in this page's URL to the game's name, eg. Cheats.SonicTheHedgehog, and enter the page. See the template page for an example template to help get a consistent structure, or click the "edit" link on any page to see how the Wiki formatting is done. It's easy!
Please only enter cheats you have tested and verified as working and try to add screenshots where it is helpful and/or illustrates the effect (ie. proving that the cheat is genuine). If you want to add screenshots, email or PM me to get the uploading password.
As for guides, walkthroughs, FAQs, etc - maybe later, but not now. The SMS FAQ Completion Project is perhaps a better place for that.

Button press format
The format for describing button presses is:
[U][D][L][R][1][2] - press and release the corresponding directions (Up, Down, Left, Right) and buttons (1, 2), one after another.
[U]+[L]+[1]+[2] - press and hold the corresponding buttons, generally in the order given, and release them all (unless told to hold them). However, in most cases it is only necessary that the last button be the last one pressed, the rest can be held in any order.
[U]x10,[1] - press and release the button the given number of times (the same as [U][U][U][U][U][U][U][U][U][U][1] but easier to read).
