Begin or continue the game with 9 lives
Press [D][R][D][D][L][R][U][R] at the title screen.
Bonus level
Successfully complete the game, and choose the continue option to begin at Level 00.

Sound test
Press [U][D][U][L][L][D][R][U], then [1] or [2], at the title screen.
Disable FM sound
This cheat can only be done if you have an FM chip (Japanese or Korean systems).
Hold [U]+[L] on Controller 1 and [D]+[R] on Controller 2 when you turn on the console.
