Terms for using these scans individually

You are welcome to link to a scan page from any software or website without permission.
You may not link or embed any image directly, only to a containing page. Use an image hosting service or your own server to embed images.
You should visibly credit SMS Power! as the source of the image (and, optionally, the name of the contributor).

Terms for using these scans in bulk

You may re-use the scans you find on this site, only if all of the following are true:

Your usage is not for profit
Every time a scan is displayed, you must include a hyperlink (either to the original page or the scans section index) including the site name ("SMS Power!") and, optionally, the name of the contributor (as shown on the originating page). For example:

You do not acquire a large number of files from us at a continuous rate greater than 100KB per second
You do not acquire each full-size scan multiple times
You do not embed or link any image directly

Terms for printing these scans

You are welcome to print these scans for your personal use - for example, making a replacement cover.

You are not permitted to use these scans for any commercial purpose. This specifically includes selling games with inlays, stickers, covers, boxes, manuals, posters or any other part produced from these scans.
