Dr. Neil Ashe, en gång i tiden en respekterad vetenskapsman, är numera en efterlyst brottsling! Han stal ritningarna till en super-varelse, kapabel att motstå solens starkaste strålning, och använder dem för att skapa en armé av mutanter med ett mål i sikte, att utplåna Jorden! Hopp finns dock i Dynamit-Duke, en krigshjälte vars högra arm är en robotarm. Led Dynamit-Duke in i Ashes bas på ön Rantan och gör slut på mutanthotet!
