This is a hack of Micro Machines which:

Boots straight to a track selection with (nearly) all tracks available
Skips the character selection and results screens
In v1, forces the game to two-player mode. This is suitable for two-player competitions.
In v2, replaces the game status with a timer. This is suitable for time trial competitions.
