Level select

At the main title screen, hold [2] and press [1]. Then, quickly press [Left][Left][Up][Up][Right][Right][Down][Down] while the screen is black. Press [Left] or [Right] to change the top 0 that appears to select the desired starting level. [Up] and [Down] change the lower 0 but it has no effect.
