Level Skip/Cheat Mode

During the game, [Pause] and press [1]x5,[2],[1]x5,[2] then unpause. On controller 2, press [1] to skip a level or press [2] to skip a checkpoint.

Press [Left] on controller 2 to disable/enable enemies and objects.
